Philip K. Dick gave a speech entitled "The Android and the Human", in which he suggested that scientists, instead of studying machines to gain insight into human behaviour, should study humans to gain insight into machine behaviour.

The movie The Shape of Things to Come was shown, followed by a panel comparing the film to H.G. Well's original book.

The Masquerade contest was won by Bill & Bubbles Broxon as mad scientist & victim.
