Ed gave a summary of the financial report for the Science of Murder (it made money) and said that a condensed version would be published in BCSFAzine.
It was MOVED by Clint and SECONDED by Al to accept the report.
There was more discussion of the outstanding motion to pay Rick Smith $300 towards the  debt owed him from Westercon.  Everyone agreed to get the cheque in the mail ASAP.
Steve Forty will give the remaining V-Con 20 money ($247) to Ed next month.

Alexis has agreement from Delta Cable TV to do one half hour show every two months about  Science Fiction.  Possible topics were discussed.
More discussion was given to the ongoing need for WCSFA publicity and the eternal desire to do more  through the college and university papers.

Next Mini-Con

It was MOVED by Clint and pre-SECONDED by Al to hold the next mini convention at the Biltmore Hotel on the third weekend in October. Clint to reserve with the hotel.

Printing  BCSFAzine

Alexis and David still had their photocopier in pieces, but were optimistic that it would get well real soon.  Meanwhile, BCSFAzine is being printed commercially.

Mr. Science is working on developing metric time so we can get 100 hours in a day.  He will update us on his progress .
