Old Business

Lisa brought bills for the Fictons issue, BCSFA directory, murder flyers.
Ed still  to look into the status of the Lougheed Mall account, and also approach Steve Forty regarding the V-Con 21 money.  Lisa and Ed both want copies of the V-Con 21 membership list; Donna to give to them.  Alexis hasn't printed the renewal notices.

Alexis & David's photocopier still isn't fixed, so the next issue of BCSFAzine will be printed commercially.  A lengthy disscussion ensued about Alexis's unreasonable insistence that David fix their toilet before the photocopier. 

Terry Pratchett

Author Terry Pratchett sent e-mail to WCSFA via Graeme asking for an explanation of why the V-Con 21 bid committee had failed to inform him of the cancellation off V-Con 21.  Graeme and Donna both responded and Terry was satisfied with the explanation.

The Science of Murder

Ed assured Lisa that he was keeping separate track of Science of Murder income and expenses.  Ed asked Lisa for a rough budget and she promised to give him one.  She reported 23 paid up members and 5 confirmed guests.
Clint will phone Nico about the V-Con 20 list for doing a mail out.  Clint will also contact the hotel and find out about smoking policy and room booking status, and the size of the screen over the stage.  It was decided he would cancel the 7th floor room reservations on Friday, February 18.

The information on BCSFA at the Vancouver Public Library needs updating.  Alexis promised to do it and also find out if they would put up posters for the Science of Murder.
