            PRESENT: President Clint Budd, Vice-President Garth Spencer, Treasurer Donna McMahon, Secretary R. Graeme Cameron, Member-At-Large Evelyn Beheshti, BCSFA/V-Con Treasurer Nico Iormetti on behalf of BCSFA Rep Steve Forty (absent), BCSFA Rep. (& President) Darryl Huber, & Sylvia Skene.
            BEGAN: 7:00 pm.

SUBJECT: V-CON 20 FINANCIAL REPORT:
            - Clint moved acceptance of V-Con reports from Steve & Nico. Passed.
- Income to date has been Cdn. $2,254.51 & US. $361.24.
- Expenses to date have been Cdn. $533.03.
- Cash on hand = Cdn. $1,721.48 & US. $361.24.
- Projected Income = $19,359.06.
- Projected expenses = $16,400.03.
- Projected profit = $2,959.03.
- Memberships required for break even = 379.
- Memberships sold to date = 113.   Required = 266.
SUBJECT: WCSFA POLICY AND PROCEDURES:
            - Clint noted that the 10 page draft presented by Donna would -- even if passed -- not become active till adopted at a general meeting.
            - Clint than turned Chairship over to Evelyn Beheshti, who went through the least contentious items point by point, all present discussing each item till a consensus was reached and appropriate amendments to the draft proposals made. 'Controversial' provisions deferred to next meeting.
